UK- All orders are despatched same day(subject to stock levels).98% of orders are sent within this period however please allow up to 14 working days for despatch.
         If you require your order in a hurry we offer a next day delivery option to mainland UK (Isle of Man ,Jersey,Guernsey,Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland takes 2 days ) for only £5.25.Please place your order before 1pm for next day delivery.Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday
 
 
Eire/Europe/Rest of the World-Please note we ship safely worldwide so please order with confidence.Despatch details are the same as UK but please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Europe - £5.00 flat fee for any order value. This is a standard 6-8 working day delivery service.

Extended Returns 

We strive to offer only the best quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Zimgear.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 14 days following the steps outlined below.

For UK Customers
If you wish to return an item(s) for an exchange or refund simply package your garments up and include a copy of your completed returns note (included with your order).
If you don't have a returns note please contact us.
All customers are responsible for their own return postage costs, we will reimburse the cost of return postage if the garment or print is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery & Returns
AFD Multimedia Limited will endeavour to produce and supply goods and services in an efficient manner.

Delivery and Payment, and Customer Delays

Turnaround is measured in Working Days, defined as days on which the clearing banks in the City of London are open for normal business. For orders made on a Guaranteed Turnaround service (being orders guaranteed to be ready within a certain period (the "Guaranteed Period")), delivery (as more particularly described below) will be made no later than 10pm on the last Working Day of the Guaranteed Period. Should AFD Multimedia Limited fail to deliver within the Guaranteed Period (see also paragraph 10 Variations in quantity), a service 'credit' will be awarded up to the value of the order in question (redeemable against future orders within 6 months of issue of the Credit in question) (the "Credit"). The customer will still be obliged to pay in full for the order in respect of which delivery was late, including any of the sums charged specifically for the provision of the Guaranteed Turnaround Service ("the Premium Charges"). Where the late delivery is as the result of the action or inaction of a third party, such as a carrier, AFD Multimedia Limited, at their absolute discretion, may elect to extend the Turnaround by one Working Day and the customer shall not be awarded a Credit during this time.

In addition:

These services rely on the customer not delaying the progress of the order in any way (which delays include but are not limited to the customer not returning proofs by the time specified by AFD Multimedia Limited or failing to make payment by the time such payment is due) (a "Customer Delay"). In the event of a Customer Delay the customer shall not be awarded a Credit and the customer shall still be obliged to pay the Premium Charges but AFD Multimedia Limited shall not be bound to deliver within the Guaranteed Period.

Delivery of work by AFD Multimedia Limited shall be deemed to take place upon collection of the work by the customer (where the customer is obliged to collect the work) or (where AFD Multimedia Limited is obliged to deliver the work) actual delivery of the work to the customer by AFD Multimedia Limited. Where the customer is obliged to collect the work, customer's failure to collect the work on the day on which AFD Multimedia Limited is contractually obliged to have it ready for collection shall be classed as a Customer Delay.

Where AFD Multimedia Limited is obliged to deliver the work to the customer but the customer provides AFD Multimedia Limited with incomplete or incorrect delivery information or is not available to accept delivery, then provided that AFD Multimedia Limited has used reasonable endeavours to deliver the work to the customer, a failed delivery shall be classed as a Customer Delay.

Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is for collection of the work from AFD Multimedia Limited. A charge may be made to cover any extra costs involved for delivery to a different address. Should expedited delivery be agreed AFD Multimedia Limited shall be entitled to make additional charges on a time and materials basis to cover any overtime or any other additional costs involved, including without limitation, the cost of couriers or special delivery post.

Should work be suspended at the request of or delayed through any default of the customer for a period of 30 days or more AFD Multimedia Limited shall then be entitled to payment for work already carried out, materials specially ordered and other additional costs including storage.

Risk of loss of or damage to work completed by AFD Multimedia Limited shall pass to the customer on delivery. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the work to the customer, ownership of and title to the goods and services shall not pass to the customer and shall be retained by AFD Multimedia Limited until AFD Multimedia Limited has received payment in full in respect of the work.

In the unlikely event AFD Multimedia Limited deems it necessary to re-print work, the Guaranteed Period shall recommence from the time of AFD Multimedia Limited's confirmation to the customer of its agreement to reprint the work.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS OF PHYSICAL GOODS

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found athttp://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Our creative director, Alexio , wants you to be delighted every single time you make a purchase from us now and may times again. We want afd.net to be your single stop for any design, print and web-related requirements. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items that are faulty or damaged in transit.

Our returns policy is very simple ...
The easiest way of letting us know about a problem is to telephone us immediately upon receipt of goods and our staff will be happy to assist you with any query you may have. Confirmation of the "reason for return" should be sent in writing to AFD Multimedia Limited within 7 working days of the receipt goods by client or his agent.

If the goods were refused due to damage in transit and signed for as "DAMAGED", the cost of return should be borne by the courier company. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the client and the goods will be repaired or replaced (in extreme circumstances) should the "reason for return" be found valid.

AFD Multimedia Limited will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are: a) in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. produced to the customer's specifications d) in the possession of the client or their agent for more than 5 working days without informing AFD Multimedia Limited in writing. A refund can be given on standard stock items if the above conditions have been met; this refund would incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value. In all cases AFD Multimedia Limited reserve the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.

Should the goods be rejected solely under the distance selling regulations (applies to consumer purchases only) then delivery costs and financial costs (e.g. credit card charges) incurred by AFD Multimedia Limited will be borne by the consumer. Refunds in these cases will be refunded upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer.

Once clearance has been given by AFD Multimedia Limited, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely taking into consideration its contents and dispatch to the above address.

In some cases though it may not be necessary to return the item(s) after you have spoken to a member of staff and this is why it is always best to call us in the first instance.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. .

SERVICE RETURNS / REFUNDS
The following items are refundable with the percentage of refund affected by the time the service has been active:

Cancellation of any 12 month service for example web hosting, maintenance agreements (excluding any services that are non refundable eg domain registrations):

  • Within 24 hours of placing order, and without the service having been provided - 100% of cost, less any bank charges
  • Up to 6 months - 40% of cost
  • 7 to 12 months - 0% of cost

AFD.NET Hosting & Internet Services:

  • Cancellation of any AFD.NET hosting service within 14 days of registration:
  • Within 14 days of placing order - 100% of cost
  • 15 days up to 12 months - 0% of cost

TERMINATION

AFD Multimedia Limited may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Customer having immediate effect if:

1. the Customer is in breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement;
the Customer is a company and a resolution is passed for its winding up or a petition for its liquidation is presented; or
the Customer is an individual and a petition for bankruptcy is presented against it; or
a receiver or liquidator (where the Customer is a company) or (where the Customer is an individual) a trustee in bankruptcy is appointed over it or any of its assets; or

The Customer proposes or enters into any arrangement or composition with or for its creditors (including any voluntary arrangement).
In the event that any of the circumstances identified in clause 1 arises, AFD Multimedia Limited shall have the option to terminate this Agreement as regards all Services provided or to be provided or only as regards that Service or those Services in respect of which the breach is considered by
AFD Multimedia Limited to have been committed; and
In the event that any of the circumstances identified in clause 1 arises, AFD Multimedia Limited shall be entitled to retain any sums paid to it by the Customer here under and recover any sums due to it pursuant hereto whether invoiced or not at the date of termination.
Either party may terminate this contract at any time by giving 14 days written notice (Use the address or contact e-mail above). See ''Refunds' for any monies due Customer on termination.

The agreement shall be considered terminated if the Customer fails to acknowledge communication (in any form) from AFD Multimedia Limitedand/or effectively refuses to pay for services that have been requested and authorised in writing. A termination of the agreement in these circumstances shall require the Client to pay all outstanding charges up and until the point of agreement termination, including any interest due.
